To resolve the issue, carry out the option A first and then option B if A fails to resolve it.
A. Bounce Capture
B. If the above do not resolve it, then:
1. Shutdown Shareplex,
2. From the /proddir/bin directory of Shareplex , invoke qview utility and run “fixup all” as:
$ qview –i ($ denotes OS prompt)
3. Then restart Shareplex
If none of the above resolve it, please contact Support for further troubleshooting.
