Added a network card and applied some os patches that contributed to the host id change. This caused the License key to fail.
Shareplex License uses the host id and if that changes the License key fails.
On Linux system , there are things that can change the HostID, the following are the most common:
(Linux - Demo and User-Locked-Node-Locked License Only) changing the username.
(Linux - all license types) changing the hostname
(Linux - all license types) removing or replacing the network card.
(Linux - all license types) adding a network card when one was not there before.
(Linux - all license types) moving the network card to a different slot.
(Linux - all license types) adding another network card.
(Linux - all license types) changing the motherboard.
(Linux - all license types) changing the Linux Release.
You will need to get a new license key for the new host id from License@quest.com. Send them the output of splex_uname.
