If the line for OWNER and LOGIN are not in the file you can add them manually to the file the SID should be replaced with your SID case is upper case for this file. You will need to change the two lines below to change the SID to your upper case sid and the OWNER line to your oracle splex user this should be in the same case as the oracle owner.
