Shareplex Manager does not collect data when the source and target are across NAT
Shareplex manager gets the internal IP and cannot connect to Source and Target..
1. Shutdown web-services
2.Go to Quest_Software/SharePlexManager/Webservices/config directory .
3. Edit the adaptor-setup.xml and search for hosts under production scope (<scope name="production").
It looks like this :
<property name="0.0.0.0" value="220.127.116.11" />
4. Add the IP mapping .
<property name="Internal IP " value="External IP" />
5. Restart Web-services
Note : If the IP address still shows up as 0.0.0.0 in the Instance Overview. Delete and redisover the Stream.
