How to change multiple local administrators account passwords at one time.

Due to security reasons all local administrator passwords may have to be changed in a domain.  This operation can be done via Security Explorer.

Launch Security Explorer and select the “Group and User Management” module. Click on the “Search” tab | “Add Scope” and add the domain for the search scope.

Note:  The domain controllers must not be selected.  When adding the domain, select “Select all children for current item” and then uncheck all domain controllers, as shown in Figures 1a and 1b.  Click “OK”.

Check "Search for local administrator accounts, then click the “Start Search” button.  Select all the displayed accounts, right click and select “Change Password.  Set the password and click “OK”.
