Resolution

SYMPTOM:

The following unhandled exception error is displayed when starting Secure Copy for the first time after installation:

CAUSE:

The following short date format is enabled under Windows Control Panel / Regional and Language Options - Short Date Format:

RESOLUTION:

Change Short date format to MM/DD/YYYY then hit the Apply then OK buttons.

Re-start the Secure Copy application.
