How to take control of host computer using Expert Assist, with no notification request or message -

A remote management session needs to be started, but no notification to actual user is needed or wanted.

Resolution
In order to disable notifications on targeted computers while taking control using Remote Support Center (RSC), these steps must be taken:
- Log into your RSC Console
- Select “Active Directory”
- And desired Domain
- Select “Computers”
- And click on “Manage” link on any computer. In this case w7x64. Once all items are loaded, select Preferences
- And then, Remote Control
- And change the values as marked
- Ask for permission from interactive user (unchecked)
Display a warning message during Remote Control (unchecked)
Do not ask for permission for technicians with Full Control (or Remote Control D) access rights (Checked)
And click Apply
After that remote control will start on that computer without permission or message.
