Error: "UTF8 is not a supported encoding name" while trying to restore messages from Archived Mailboxes to PST or XML (4321761)

When trying to restore messages from Archive Manager mailbox to PST or XML file, the below error will be seen while processing few messages:

An error occurred while processing the message with subject "xxxxxxxxxxxx" from "Archived Mailboxes(http://aftermail)\xxxxx\Deleted items". Details : 'UTF8' is not a supported encoding name

Parameter name: name

You may also see:

'iso-8859-' is not a supported encoding name
