Restoring Contacts results in Name is unavailable and no data for each contact
Description

When mounting an Exchange 2016 backup and exporting Contacts folder to PST, opening PST in Outlook 2016 results in empty contacts each labelled "Name is unavailable"
Cause

RMEX Defect
Some item properties cannot be restored from Exchange databases version 2013/2016.
Resolution

HotFix
A hotfix to resolve the issue has been released.
1. Download the hotfix attached to the KB article.
2. Install the hotfix int he RMEX server and try to restore the contacts again.
