Description
-Some emails are linked under the root folder in the ArchiveManager SQL database and not in the corresponding folders (Inbox, Sent Items, etc.)
-Recovery Manager for Exchange can't export emails under the root.

Cause
When the archive is performed using journal, sometimes the ESM service can't link messages to the corresponding folders. -
Resolution
WORKAROUND
Follow the quick guide attached on this article that explains how to move archived emails from the root to a specific folder to then use Recovery Manager for Exchange to export the desired data.
The solution contains the next SQL scripts:
-LinkMessageForMMEA.sql: This SQL script creates a store procedure that will check the messages under the root and link them on a new folder
-ProcessMailboxesForMMEA.sql: This SQL script creates a store procedure that will show the new folder created in the AM website.
-RootFolderItemsCheck.sql: This SQL script checks the number of items under the root for every mailbox in the ArchiveManager Database

Additional Information
Before runnint the SQL scripts to create the stored procedures, make a backup of the AM SQL Database in case you need to revert any change.
