When adding an Office 365 storage you see "Outlook cannot log on" message on screen
Description

When trying to add an Office 365 Storage you see the following message on screen:

"Outlook cannot log on. Verify you are connected to the network and are using the proper server and mailbox name. The connection to Microsoft Exchange is unavailable. Outlook must be online or connected to complete this action."

Followed by a Window that says this:
"This implementation is not part of the Windows Platform FIPS validated cryptographic algorithms"

Make sure you back up the registry before modifying it. For more information on the Windows Registry Editor and how to back up and restore it, refer to Microsoft Article ID 256986 “Description of the Microsoft Windows registry” at Microsoft Support.
1. From the RME machine, open regedit.exe
2. Navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Lsa\fipsalgorithmpolicyregistry the subkey should be set to 1
3. Change to 0.
4. Try adding the Office 365 Storage/Mailbox again and see if the error occurs.
