• Description

  When attempting to install on Windows 10 builds older then 1703, you get the following error:

  Failed to find node: /configuration/startup in XML file: 

  C:\Windows\SysWOW64\WindowsPowerShell\v1.0\powershell.exe.config, system error: -2147020584

• Resolution

  Install version 5.8.3 or later.
