- Make sure that the scheduled task has been created successfully, check KB article 57314 (https://support.quest.com/recovery-manager-for-ad/kb/57314) if you don't see your tasks created.
- Grant the account that is running the scheduled backup "Log on as a batch job" rights by following these steps:
1. Open Local Security Policy (secpol.msc)
2. Expand "Local Policies"
3. Select "User Rights Assignment"
4. Right click on "Log on as batch job" and select Properties
5. Click "Add User or Group", and include the relevant user.
6. Verify that the backup job runs on schedule.
