Error received when attempting to install a license key:
"Failed to update the license. Unspecified error"
WORKAROUND #1:
Open the .asc license file in notepad. Find the line "Version=" and verify that the license file is for the version of the product installed. If it is not, contact license@quest.com and request the correct version of license file. The two possibilities are 7.X and 8.X.
WORKAROUND #2:
Verify that the computer where the license key is being applied has the correct date.
