Description
Running a Clean OS restore on RMAD 10.3 fails and returns the error message.
"Failed to recover one or more domain controllers selected for authoritative restore of the SYSVOL.
Identify and resolve the issue that caused this failure and then rerun the restore operation"

Cause
The issue is caused by any dash or special character on the RMAD server name.
In example: RMAD-server01 -
Resolution
This is a known issue with RMAD 10.3 and it will be resolved in a future hotfix.
Defect ID 420386.
Workaround: Rename the RMAD server and remove any dash or special character from the name.
