Unable to downgrade from Disaster Recovery edition to Forest Edition license (4294724)

For some reason, a Disaster Recovery license was applied over a RMAD Forest Edition environment which used a proper FE License

However when trying to apply the initial FE license back, an error is displayed and it is not possible go back to RMAD FE from DRE

1. Go to C:\ProgramData\Quest\Recovery Manager for Active Directory
2. Rename the ProductLicenses.dlv file to -old
3. Launch the Recovery Manager for Active Directory console
4. Ignore the first message and click OK
5. From the following screen, click Install License
6. Select the proper Forest Edition license file
7. Click OK
8. The screen should now show the Forest Edition license with the expected values
