Your command will look something like this:
\\<computer>\<Share>\RecoveryAgent64.exe /qn MANAGE_SERVICE=TRUE FRS_CUSTOM_PORT=55555 FRS_FIREWALL_SETTINGS_CONFIGURE=1 /l*!+v install.log
The options are as follows:
MANAGE_SERVICE=
Options are "TRUE" and "FALSE"
FRS_CUSTOM_PORT=
Enter any port from 1-65535 to specify an alternate port.
Enter 0 to use dynamic ports.
FRS_FIREWALL_SETTINGS_CONFIGURE=
Enter 1 to have a firewall rules created, which allow RPC communication to the recovery agent, as well as opening the custom port specified above.
These rules are cleared and recreated when the service restarts.
Enter 0 to create no new firewall rules, use this if you want to create your own firewall rules.
/l*!+v install.log
Creates a log file with verbose logging
Can be removed if not needed or mass-deploying agents.
