Target machine disk configuration does not match that of the source machine -
Description
During a Bare Metal Recovery or Verify Settings, the job fails with "Target machine disk configuration does not match that of the source machine".
The target machine has the same hardware as the source backup. -
Resolution
WORKAROUND
If the two hardware configurations are indeed matching, you can choose "Skip and continue" on the affected DCs, to continue either the restore or verify job.
STATUS
Waiting for fix in a future release of Recovery Manager for Active Directory Disaster Recovery Edition.
