You can set the timeout on the RMAD server for log collection by creating and setting a value in the following keys:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Quest\Recovery Manager for Active Directory\
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Quest\Recovery Manager for Active Directory\
Create a new DWORD value, with the name "LogsCollectTimeoutSecs", and set the value to the timeout value.
The default is 5 minutes, or 300 in decimal.
If you are unsure of what to set, you can review the following file on the DC, which should show the start and end time for collection:
C:\Logs Collector\CollectedData\CollectOutput.txt
This file will only exist if you had a timeout on the DC recently, as these files are removed when there is a successful run.
To be safe, you should double the duration that this takes, as this does not include the zipping of the data, or the transferring of the data.
