Windows Server 2012 R2 agent fails to gather metadata and/or cannot be protected after upgrading Rapid Recovery agent to version 6.6.
Looking at the agent AppRecoveryPM.log we can see the following error:
System.NullReferenceException depth 0: Object reference not set to an instance of an object. (0x80004003)

This has been identified as product defect RR-111069
The defect RR-111069, will be evaluated by our Product team for inclusion in a future release.
