Description
Affects users who have connected usb device on Core's machine. If usb device goes into unknown state, Core cannot gather metadata and GUI blocks with an error.
Probable steps:
1. Connect usb device to the Core's machine2. Restart Core service3. Open Core Console4. Disable-reenable usb device a few timesActual result:

This issue has been identified by our software developers as a defect and it was registered with number RR-100783 / D-35765. -
Resolution
This issue was fixed on version 6.1.3. For previous versions, please contact Quest Support.
