Dear OneLogin Administrator,
Microsoft has recently announced that it will be limiting email functionality for the default onmicrosoft.com domains provided with Microsoft 365, also known as MOERA (Microsoft Online Email Routing Address) domains.
By the date specified below, you will need to change your default domain to a custom domain. This custom domain CANNOT be the same domain that you have federated with OneLogin as Entra ID does not allow a federated domain to be set as the default domain. If you already have an additional non-federated custom domain in your Entra ID tenant, you can set this as your new default domain. If not, this means you will need to purchase a NEW custom domain and make it your default Microsoft 365 domain.
To change your default domain:
  1. Log in to the Microsoft 365 admin center with an administrator account.
  2. Navigate to Settings > Domains.
  3. Select the domain you want to set as the default. (NOTE: DO NOT choose the domain that is federated with OneLogin.)
  4. Choose the option to Set as default.
Microsoft will be rolling out this change based on the number of Exchange seats in your Microsoft Tenant.
