We are excited to announce a new release of QoreStor.

Look what's new 7.1.0:

  • Immutability for RDA based Backups: Data written to QoreStor using RDA (currently Quest NetVault and Bridgehead RAPidTM) is made immutable, such that it cannot be overwritten, changed, or deleted outside of the required retention settings. 
  • Data Recycle Bin: If data is deleted, it automatically moves to the QoreStor recycle bin for a specified retention period. Helps protect against ransomware and other malicious attacks. (See the QoreStor Interoperability Guide for supported backup solutions).  
  • Cloud Reader: Provides a way to securely access live Cloud Tiered data for recovery testing or for faster disaster recovery from cloud. Great for you or your MSP.    
  • QorePortal Integration: Now you or your MSP can manage QoreStor instances in Quest’s SaaS based QorePortal making administration of multiple instances even easier.

QoreStor 6.0.0 is in limited support and scheduled to discontinue support on April 19 2022.
