Power365 Tenant Health service does not automatically recreate the PowerShell User account -
Description
In at least one case, the following error was observed when the Application Service account was assigned a lesser Administrator Role when trying to create the PowerShell account.
Microsoft.Graph.ServiceException: Code: Authorization_RequestDenied
Message: Insufficient privileges to complete the operation. -
Cause
The PowerShell user account could not be automatically recreated by the Power365 Tenant Health service because the Application Account used to connect to the tenant or environment is currently not assigned the Global Administrator (Company Administrator) Role in Microsoft Office 365. -
Resolution
To allow Power365 Tenant Health service to recreate the account as required, raise your Application Account role to Global Admin until the process is completed. Once completed, you may manage your roles based on your project needs and requirements.
