From the logfile, it states "User/password authentication failed", pasword has been changed for the Repository database.
To fix the incorrect password issue, please do the following:
1. .Run the installer e.g. "PA_MSSQL_Agent_Installer_6_0_23_2_Win_x86.exe" and select "
2. Select "Install Repository Support for an existing agent".
3. Select "keep the current repository configuration"
4. Select "no" to not override the repository
