Product defect
Please download the new D_PASS_Agent_70206_Windows_x64.exe from the support website and use this to do the installation/upgrade of PA.
Using the D_PASS_Agent_70206_Windows_x64.exe wil resolve the issues seen here. If the issue is still not resolved, then create a new service request and send a winzip copy of the LSI_logs directory and a screen shot of the issue.
