Our major application has daily performance issues. Performance Advisory typically flags:
"excessive memory pressure"
"inefficeint or missing indexes"
"excessive statement recompiles"
When using the instance View to drill into what could be causing these
issues, a majority of the sql is categorized under "Unknown Stored
Procedure". Once you drill into this category, no further information is
listed.
Question:
How can we correct this issue so that the sql is appropriately
categorized for viewing?
Unsupported SQL Server version 9.00.3186 on Windows 32bit. The 64-bit SQL Server is already supported but not the 32-bit database.
WORKAROUND
Please see release notes for supported version prior to installation, and run installation on a supported platform
