Please perform the following steps:
- Compare the output's SQL Server version to the one in the PA 7.0.5 Release Notes
- From SQL Server Management Studio, execute the query: SELECT @@VERSION
- Verify that the SQL Server version on the monitored instances is certified for support in PA 7.0.5 Release Notes.
- Once it is verified, on the monitored instance host, restart the QAM Launcher service from Windows Service console (services.msc).
- Launch the PA client GUI to connect to the monitored instance host to verify if the issue is resolved.
- If issue persists, generate a support bundle and upload to the Service Request (SR) for Quest Support's further investigation.
