How can we affect the scheduling for maintenance process running in the background? Can we control when quest activity is being run?

Resolution
Maintenance procedures are automatically run in the background based on settings on Maintenance tab of Performance Repository node in Agent Administration.
So when loading time is greater than 180sec/60sec=3min for perf.stats OR 1200sec/60sec=20min for change analysis, it will be run and there's also a minimum interval that can be set.
