Performance Analysis for DB2 in the GUI Client is showing "Instance is down" when trying to have

We have Performance Analysis for DB2 installed on a Windows 32-bit machine trying to monitor a DB2 9.7 FP-0 instance, however we get instance is down message. Can you explain why please?
Resolution

Performance Analysis for DB2 does not support DB2 version 9.7 FP-0 on Windows 32-bit. Please upgrade the DB2 instance to 9.7 FP-1 to enable PA to monitor the instance.
