Desktop Update Agent (DUA) is not fully configuring user logon for Microsoft Office Apps. -
Description
Any Office App -> "File" tab -> "Office Account" option
After running DUA on switching device, only logon user at the right side has changed, while there is no change at the left side :

Answer
Firstly, please note that hostname of switching device can belong to another domain which is different from both source & target user domains.
"Product Information" is actually showing that your Office Apps license have already been successfully activated & switched to your target user.
"User Information" is meant for separately saving settings for "Privacy", "Appearance", "Connected Services", since they are actually not related to Office Apps Licensing, values in this portion should not be acted upon & so will be left untouched by DUA, hence it may be still showing logon as source user UPN, because this is out of support scope for our product feature of "Office Activation" in DUA.
Moreover, "Office Activation" is showing "Completed" status in your ODM Migration Portal "Desktop Agents" tab for this same user.
DUA log is also showing "Licenses Successfully Assigned" for your Office Apps :
