ODM - Customer unable to Assign a license plan to target mailbox accounts during mailbox migration the dropdown box is empty -
Description
Customer can see available E5 licenses via the Admin Portal however this is not available in ODM, the dropdown box is empty:
Ran GET https://graph.microsoft.com/v1.0/subscribedSkus and compared this to our test lab showed they have 0 enabled licenses.
