ODMAD: PowerShell job BT-IntunePrimaryUser is failed. Unable to determine the device owner SID (4376584)

In ODM AD under Devices + Servers select the device and run the Set Intune Primary User action fails with the following error:

Error[51]: PowerShell job BT-IntunePrimaryUser is failed.
Result code: -9
System.Management.Automation.RuntimeException: Unable to determine the device owner SID

The Enroll in Intune Management and AutoPilot/Intune Cleanup was not selected in the Microsoft Entra joined Profile. 

Steps to troubleshoot the error:

1. Verify Enroll in Intune Management and AutoPilot/Intune Cleanup been selected in the Microsoft Entra joined Profile.
2. Verify the UploadCloudJoinedInfo.ps1 PowerShell script exist in C:\Program Files (x86)\Quest\On Demand Migration Active Directory Agent\Files folder after cutover.
3. Verify does the upload Primary user task exist in the device task scheduler.
4. Run the PowerShell command to verify does the users SID is correct.
   • Get-ChildItem -Recurse -Path "HKLM:\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\IdentityStore\LogonCache"
5. Run the PowerShell command to verify does the user log in name is correct
   • Get-ChildItem -Recurse -Path "HKLM:\System\CurrentControlSet\Control\CloudDomainJoin\JoinInfo" | Get-ItemProperty -Name UserEmail | Select-Object -ExpandProperty UserEmail

Run the Set Intune Primary User if the Intune Primary User not update with login username.
