After enabling On Demand Migration Domain Rewrite or Domain Coexistence, an Administrator identifies an issue where the Exchange Online Transport Connector used by the product cannot be created in an enabled state, with the below error:
Connector creation failed.
Error:
Error executing request. For this service offering, you can’t create or update inbound connectors in your organization ‘TENANT ID’.
