Description

ODM is asking to grant consents even through consents were granted successfully causing Discovery option to be disabled.
Resolution

This may occur even after removing/regranting consents in Azure AD. To resolve the issue, project must be rebuilt after removing and re-adding tenants to the Org. Usually it's one of the tenants, which is causing such behavior, and it can be seen in the Tenants section, which will show warnings even after successful consents grant.
