Open the ODM AD Dirsync, hamburger menu, Environments. Select affected environment and click Settings. Change the filtering so there will be no objects in scope, either through an OU list, pointing to an empty OU, or through the advanced LDAP filter by some attribute to non-existing value.
Set environment to 'Reconcile on next read' checkbox.
Run a Read workflow. This will clear the ODM AD back-end database. Please note that Reconcile is hard-limited to 5 min and workflow will get cancelled automatically if there are too many objects to remove from the backend database. Keep running Read workflow until it finishes successfully.
Edit affected Environment again and return your filtering to previous values, so ODM AD will read AD objects back.
Run a normal workflow. This will perform a Full read of the environment, read the missing attributes' values and write them to the target objects.
