Registering with the Quest Support Portal

Create an account on the Quest Support Portal here.

Add your "License Number" for ODM to your Quest Support account. Your ODM License Number will be a nine digit number (123-456-789) that would have been provided to the purchaser of ODM via email. Adding your ODM License Number to your Quest Support account will provide you with the entitlement to search the Knowledge Base as well as create Service Requests for unresolved issues.

Creating a Service Request with Quest Support

Once you begin using using ODM, and have a specific issue that you need assistance with, you may need to create a Service Request. Logging into the Quest Support Portal and providing the following information will expedite the investigation and resolution of your Service Request:

1. Login to the Quest Support portal and locate your Service Request here.

2. Click + Add Note and provide a detailed description of the issue.
3. Click + Add Note and paste in the ODM task details:
   1. From within whichever ODM workload you are experiencing issues, click on the Tasks tab, single-click on the task to highlight, then click the Copy Diagnostics button that will appear on the bottom of the right-hand pane. Here is an example:

4. Click + Add File and include any relevant screenshots and log files.
