When running the OneDrive Collect Statistics task, the result in the grid shows "Unavailable". Also, when looking at the event logs, you may see the following:
Completed statistics assessment of 28 accounts:
Not Provisioned/Licensed: 1
Unavailable: 27 (couldn't access OneDrive statistics)
The following steps should resolve this issue:
1.) Open to the ODM Portal
2.) Click on Tenants in the upper-left
3.) Locate the source tenant | Edit Consents
4.) Grant consent to SharePoint under the Migration heading
5.) Repeat these steps for the target tenant if necessary, as SharePoint consent will be required to migrate OneDrive data
6.) Run the Collect Statistics task again
