- Log into ODM.
- Open your Organization.
- On the left side, click on Settings
- On the right side, click on the Subscriptions tab.
- On the far Right, click on Shared Subscriptions.
- Enter the e-mail address of the user who is listed on the product invoice you received from Quest. This may or not be the user currently logged
into the tool.
- Click on the Request button.
- The user will receive an e-mail, and will need to click the button in the e-mail, and be redirected to another page to grant access for the application.
- Sign out and sign back into ODM. The Migration option should now appear on the left side.
