We setup and ran the Active Directory Environment Discovery task twice with the same results. What is causing this error?

Check in the source and target service accounts and confirm MFA is disabled.
If MFA is disabled, check for conditional access, password change, disabled account. Also, confirm the PowerShell Remoting is enabled for the CDS PowerShell accounts
This error is caused by the environment preventing access using the service account.
If MFA is enabled, disable for this account in the source and/or target.
Remove conditional access.
If password has changed, reinstall the agent per our documentation.
