Description

We are performing an Offline Domain Join, and the Cache Credentials task is failing with the following error:

Error[25]: DownloadFile job BT-DownloadOfflineDomainJoin is failed.
Result code: 1
Filename unknown.
Cause

The ODM AD - Repositories are not configured
Resolution
- Go to ODM AD - Active Directory Dashboard
- Click the Hamburger menu
- Click Configurations | Repositories
- Confirm this section is filled out correctly using the server FQDN.
