Unable to set the Usage Location when migrating mailboxes
Description

When migrating an account via On Demand Migration (ODM) the Usage Location (if present) is migrated, but there is no option to select it.
Cause

There is no option to set the Usage Location during the migration.
Resolution

While ODM does migrate the Usage Location, as long as it it is populated within the source object. There is currently no options within ODM to set this if it isn't present.
ODM-700 has been submitted to development for consideration in a future release of ODM.
WORKAROUND
Set the Usage Location manually via PowerShell.
