How to troubleshoot On Demand Migration (ODM) OneDrive migration interruptions.
Resolution
Steps to perform to remediate a OneDrive migration.
Review the user's source OneDrive data and compare to what was migrated, check for extremely large files or corrupted permissions to files that could point to issues with the migration process of the data.
Outside of the collection, locate the user in the list and migrate the user's OneDrive again as a single separate task
Within ODM migrate the data without permissions.
If it still is not working, Migrate only the first version of all the files. It is possible there is a problem with previous versions of the files.
Check that the data being copied is an accepted file types by OneDrive.
Note: If there are still problems migrating the data, provide this information via a Support Request including screenshots of the source and target data structure that is being copied.
Your Request will be reviewed by our technical reviewer team and, if approved, will be added as a Topic in our Knowledgebase.
