Description
When a Mail Enabled Security Group is migrated with ODM, it creates a Distribution Group on the Target. -
Cause
The Source Mail Enabled Security Group has no owner/members assigned.
Such a group will be migrated to the Target Tenant as a Distribution Group with no owners/members.

Resolution
In order to successfully migrate a Mail Enabled Security Group from Source to Target, the Group must have an owner/member assigned before migration.
