How To Discover Teams From A File (4258982)

Teams can be discovered using a .CSV file that contains a single column heading called "GroupID".  List each Teams ID one per line in the .CSV file.  The Teams GroupID can be located within the Microsoft Office 365 Teams Admin portal under the Manage Teams section.

Once the .CSV is ready follow the steps below to perform a Teams discover task using the .CSV file. 

1. Login to On Demand Migration
2. Click on Migration from the left navigation bar
3. Select Teams from the Project where Teams will be discovered
4. Click Discover
5. Select the radio button for Microsoft 365 Groups and Teams from file
6. Click Next twice
7. Click Finish to run the task

Note: The Discover options from the Dashboard will show "Microsoft 365 Groups and Teams".  Within the tab for Teams or M365 groups the option for discover would only pertain to Teams or M365 Groups respectively.
