After running Chats discovery, values in Total Chats column are still shown 0 -
Cause
Changes in Microsoft API -
Resolution
Because of changes in Microsoft API, ODM can no longer detect amount of users' chats during the discovery process. The issue is recorded as ID 368221 and it's deprecated since June 30, 2022
Total Chats value will be populated after the migration attempt.
