The following error is sometimes returned when trying to migrate Teams Planner.

It can take 24 hours for Teams Planner to be accessible after setup on the Microsoft tenant.

1. Migrate everything as the first pass without Planner. 
2. Wait and retry Planner migration alone after a while. (It should be synced within 24 hours)
