How to verify what autodiscover URL is used by Outlook and compare it with what DUA is using? -
Resolution
To verify what Outlook is using for autodiscover URL please do the following:
- Expand icons in System Tray to reveal Outlook icon.
- While holding Control, right-click Outlook icon.
- Select Connection Status.
It's also possible to perform autodiscover tests there, by bringing the same context menu and clicking on "Test Email Auto Configuration". User's password need to be typed to run that test.
