We needed to run it two or three at a time to be successful.Odd that just running a Meeting update link on just 10-15 users at a time would throttle them (that's not very many) and 1 at a time would not

Cause
Defect 367907: Meeting Link Migration: Throttling occurs if there is more than 1 user per taskAlso, those log entries of "Error occurred while executing the request. ServiceUnavailable (Service Unavailable)" are of Severity 'Info'. They are not actually a real error. Also, the tasks in which they had occurred finished successfully.Those messages mean there's throttling occurring. Though those entries are logged as 'Info' and not 'Error', the fact that they contain the word "Error" in the message text is confusing We are going to make a change to that message to make it more clear that its not an error. Also the throttling (though not an error) ought to not occur with that few users. -
Resolution
WORKAROUND
Run meeting update link on 1 to 3 users per task to avoid the throttling (which is not an real error)

Waiting for fix in future release of ODM Migration
