How to migrate already mapped/matched Distribution Groups from source to target tenants? -
Description
Distribution Group names and email addresses are not the same between source and target.
The Groups already exist in the target Office 365 tenant and were mapped from file in ODM.
On Demand Migration (ODM) is trying to change the email address when migrating the groups after mapping, and throwing errors such as:
Existing email address abc-efg-zzz@companySource.com cannot be changed to new one abc.efg@companyTarget.com.Trying to get the Distribution Group membership updated on the target tenant to include all the same membership as the source tenant.
